About This Program:
This is a program designed for those seeking a hands-on approach toward fulfilling their fitness goals. With me as your trainer, I can help you set realistic goals and transform your health, body, and your life for the better, all while enjoying yourself. I can help you look good and feel even better!
Included in This Program:
- Nutrition: You will have meal plans that caters to your nutrition needs. Meal planning saves time, saves money, helps you eat healthier and, makes you feel good inside and out!!!
- Personalized workout plans: You will have a customized program that fits your current lifestyle
- Progress tracker: I will keep track of your progress weekly and you can easily access it.
- Check-ins: I am here to support and motivate you every step of the way. I will be sure to motivate you, lift you up, push you and answer any questions you may have.
Training Options
- 4 sessions/month (once a week)
- 8 sessions/month (twice a week)
- 12 sessions/month (three times a week)
- 16 sessions/month (4 times a week)
